My name is Sabrina and I am an experienced and qualified counsellor with a Diploma in Humanistic Counselling from Metanoia Institute and a BSc (Hons) qualification from Middlesex University. I am a registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy). My therapy stems from my philosophy; I believe that everyone has a basic tendency to strive and be fulfilled. We may face struggles or feel stuck due to our upbringing, environment or pressures of life. However, we all have the potential to change for the better.
I offer one-to-one counselling sessions that are weekly and at a regular time, which suits us both. Please contact me by either email, phone or by filling out the form on this page. We will have a brief conversation and if you are happy to, we will then schedule in our first session.
I do suggest an initial commitment of 6 sessions, after which we can review our work and how to proceed. Most of my clients like to work open ended, which means you can continue to come to therapy for as long as you wish.You will have a slot that is just for you: every week, same time and day.

Whether you have had therapy before, or whether this is your first time, we will work together to create a plan that best suits you so that you can get the most out of your sessions.
